Clear terms for website design, managed hosting, revisions, delivery, and client responsibilities.
This Service Policy explains the terms that apply when purchasing website design or managed hosting services from ASN Agency. By completing a purchase, the client agrees to the terms below.
No Refunds After Order Completion
All sales are final once the order has been completed. After a client completes checkout and payment is confirmed, ASN Agency does not offer refunds, cancellations, or payment reversals for the purchased service.
Scope of Website Revision Requests
Clients may not request a complete website redesign, a full rebuild, or major changes to a large portion of the website as part of a normal revision request.
If a client wants a new design direction, a major redesign, a full website rebuild, or large structural changes, the client must purchase a new website design order.
Managed Hosting Revision Allowance
Clients who purchase the monthly or annual managed hosting service receive up to three simple revision requests per month.
Simple revisions may include minor updates such as:
- Adding or updating menu items
- Changing existing text
- Updating colors
- Replacing small pieces of content
- Making minor visual or content adjustments
The three included revisions reset at the beginning of each new monthly billing cycle.
If the client uses all three included revisions during a billing month, no additional free revisions are available for that same month. Additional revisions may require a separate paid request or must wait until the next monthly cycle.
Unused revisions do not roll over to future months.
Design Only Service Limitations
Clients who purchase the Design Only service without monthly or annual managed hosting are purchasing a one-time website design service only.
Design Only does not include:
- Ongoing hosting
- Monthly support
- Future revisions after delivery
- Website management
- Maintenance
- Refund rights after purchase
After the design is delivered, the client may not request additional revisions, hosting support, management, or a refund unless ASN Agency has agreed to those services in writing.
Responsibility After Design Delivery
For Design Only purchases, ASN Agency is not responsible for issues, errors, edits, hosting problems, technical changes, or modifications that occur after the website design has been delivered to the client in working condition.
Once the client receives the completed design, any future changes, hosting setup, platform transfer, or technical management become the client's responsibility unless the client purchases a managed hosting or support service from ASN Agency.
Managed Hosting Service
Managed hosting includes hosting management and limited monthly support while the client's subscription remains active.
If the managed hosting subscription is canceled, unpaid, expired, or interrupted, ASN Agency is no longer responsible for maintaining, updating, or supporting the website.
Client Content Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, menu details, images, branding materials, contact information, and any other content needed to complete the website.
ASN Agency is not responsible for delays caused by missing, incomplete, incorrect, or late client-provided information.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any ASN Agency service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Policy.
